- La Boca Argentinian Malbec $17 Each, 2 for $30

- Cherubino 'The Yard' Pemberton Sauvignon Blanc $18 Each, 2 for $28
This youthful white wine exudes a vibrant bouquet of greengage fruit, nettle and wet stone. These fragrances, leaping out of the glass, are followed by an equally bright and softly textured palate offering savoury notes and minerality. Currant leaf characters make way for a very long and clean finish. The drink is mouth-filling with an overall gentle softness.
- Taylor's Estate Red Range $16 Each, 2 for $28
When the Taylor family established their wine business back in 1969, they decided to create a proper 'old world' style estate in the Clare Valley. That's where the name 'Estate' comes from. The Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz were the very first wines released and are the heart and soul of what we do. In the language of wine, an estate means that the vineyards and winery are in the same location. The inspiration for this came from the great producers of Bordeaux and in particular Chateaux Mouton Rothschild who famously were the first to also bottle their wines on the estate. This approach; of having ultimate control over the vineyards, winery and even bottling of the wines appealed to the Taylor family. These days the wines are still crafted and bottled on the estate although not all of the fruit is grown there.
- Taylor's Promised Land Red Wines $11.99 Each, 2 for $20
The name actually comes from one of those classic over the fence chats that neighbours have. It was 1969, Bill had just established his vineyards and he was already looking beyond those borders to expand the Clare Valley estate. His neighbour to the east had a beautiful patch of land with gentle rolling hills and soils perfect for grape growing. Bill went to visit him and struck a deal that he'd be the one to purchase the land should he ever decide to sell it. Well, it was almost twenty years later but Bill is nothing but tenacious. The neighbour kept his promise and that section of the estate became forever known as 'The Promised Land'. The rich terra rossa soils kept their promise too and have consistently produced award winning wines over the years.

- Curator Wine Co 'Hamlets' Barossa Shiraz $19 Each, 2 for $32
Hamlets Shiraz (previously known as Parishes Shiraz) is a blend from different sub regions or “Hamlets” from where we grow and buy grapes from across the Barossa Valley. Hamlets Shiraz is made in a complex but juicy style that is true to our house style but extremely easy to drink though complex enough to be able to cellar for many years of future enjoyment. Predominantly from three vineyards all planted in the 1950’s in the Hamlets of Vine Vale, Nuriootpa and Ebenezer and then “topped up” with declassified barrels from the CWCo Shiraz blend that didn’t make that blend. No new oak, only seasoned barrels of USA and French, made in a juicy but complex style. Will benefit from cellaring but why bother when it tastes so delicious straight out of the gate!
