Cherry and light strawberry in colour with a slight coppery rim. Fresh raspberry and dark red fruits are very pronounced on the nose. Smoky, savoury and herbal notes add complexity. The palate is light and juicy. Smooth and fruit forward. Dark red fruits, herbaceous and savoury with bit of smoke.

The Voodoo Moon used traditional winemaking techniques to achieve full colour and extraction. The wine is matured in 100% French oak barriques for 10 months before final blending is completed. The resulting wine is dark, deep purple in colour and has a brooding and perfumed bouquet. The palate is rich, layered and textured -really fills the mouth with its immense power and weight, but retains its finesse with long, soft integrated tannins.

A blend of Grenache (48%), Shiraz (42%) and Mourvedre (Mataro) (10%) from southern McLaren Vale, where the hills run down to the ocean. Fermented on skins in a combination of open and closed fermenters and matured in French oak for 6 months.
